Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer L2 to join our IT/Networking team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc. in Computer Science / IT / ECE engineering, BCA. Location: Delhi / NCR Key Responsibilities: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). Implement network security policies and firewall rules to safeguard the organization’s IT assets. Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and traffic analysis. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new network hardware and software. Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network upgrades and projects. Support incident management and provide escalation support for complex network issues. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with router, switch, and firewall configuration and management. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting network performance issues. Understanding of network security principles and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto/Checkpoint, or similar are a plus.
