Evernex is currently looking for Network Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Germany. Onsite our customers location you will be the main contact for monitoring and expanding our customers network.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You have completed technical training/studies and have a technical understanding of IT infrastructures.
• Several years of experience in supporting Cisco and Juniper networks in LAN and WLAN environments.
• Very good technical understanding and ability to perform independent technical analysis and problem solving
• Ability to work independently
• Good manners and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have a class B driver’s license

• Customer support at the Biberach an der Riß or Ingelheim am Rhein sites
• Provision of service and maintenance services
• Inspection of the data center and ticket creation for findings
• Patching of network connections
• Installation and configuration of LAN and industrial Ethernet switches
• Installation and configuration of access points, routers, and WLAN controllers
• Support with the implementation of special networks
• Qualification and documentation of incidents
• Troubleshooting in compliance with the specified SLAs
• Planning and implementation of projects
• Participation in on-call duty for the Biberach an der Riß location
