  Radia is seeking a Network Engineer II. This position provides a robust, fault-tolerant, digital infrastructure for Radia's business and communication requirements, ensuring uninterrupted patient care and staff productivity. Provides network support for internal and external customers to ensure goals, tasks, and timelines are met.   Compensation:  Hourly salary range $38.96/hour to $59.91/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. Design * Researches solutions to complex network infrastructure challenges leveraging Vendor resources to provide a design emphasizing network privacy, integrity and availability. * Creates and maintains network diagrams depicting Radia’s network infrastructure and Radia business partner integration. * Evaluates and recommends vendor solutions against established project objectives. * Partners with the Security Engineer to maintain and improve Radia’s infrastructure security posture. Implementation * Deploys network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, server load balancers, remote access devices, wireless devices, and servers updating design documents to reflect as-built conditions. * Creates automated solutions for repeatable tasks via scripting and/or leveraging software defined networking. * Implements network device security configurations in accordance with Radia’s network security standards. Operations * Monitors network health including data and voice networks ensuring the network is operating efficiently.  Proactively monitors the network infrastructure for necessary capacity increases, device upgrades, and equipment replacement. * Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems using network system tools recommending solutions.  Performs or coordinates repair efforts ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met. Requirements * Minimum 5 years in the IT networking field, with two of those years managing and troubleshooting a complex LAN/WAN environment with 10 or more sites.  * Experience in support of healthcare in general, and radiology in particular, is a plus. *  Possession of a Cisco CCNP or JNCIS-DC/JNCIP-DC certificate is preferred. Fully Competent: * Hardware: Juniper, Fortigate, Cisco * Layer 2/3 switch platforms * Firewalls - Cisco ASA and Fortigate * Remote access - Barracuda SSLVPN, Fortigate, Microsoft Direct Access * AAA – Radius/TACACS * Ruckus Wireless Knowledge of:  * Security Concepts: Least privilege, network device hardening, and IDS/IPS systems * Network Concepts:  SDWAN, SDN/NFV, MPLS and MPLS lite, DNS/DHCP, link aggregation - LACP * System Management:  Change management processes, device image management (Install/Upgrading), network monitoring software, SNMP for monitoring tools * Integration with Cloud Services:  Office 365, Azure, and AWS IAAS About Radia Radia is one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the nation.
