  • You are responsible for the operation, further development and consulting of modern network and security infrastructures for our customers.
  • You administer complex network environments including firewall, LAN, WLAN and security infrastructures.
  • You analyze errors, handle incident management, and perform changes and maintenance.
  • You plan and implement network and security projects, from technical design to migrations and rollouts, as well as workshops and customer consulting.
  • You provide technical advice to our customers and document solutions and operational processes.
  • You will provide support with tenders and presales activities.
  • You will participate in the on-call and shift system.
  • Depending on your experience, you may optionally take on professional or disciplinary management tasks: team leadership, employee development, resource planning and control of technical standards.
  • You will actively participate in the team's restructuring and transformation phase and contribute to the further development of the service portfolio
