Key Responsibilities

Telemetry & Incident Correlation: Process, enrich, and correlate telemetry data from network devices into actionable tickets for the NOC.

Platform & Capacity Reporting: Support internal platforms dedicated to capacity management, operational reporting, and service assurance.

Cross-Functional Integration: Partner directly with internal Data Engineering and Application Development teams to turn network operational needs into automated platforms.

Stakeholder Support: Provide tools and technical solutions for internal teams, including Network Operations, Change Management, Provisioning, and Network Engineering.

Network Automation: Apply software development methodologies to traditional network troubleshooting and device workflows.

Required Qualifications

Network Domain Knowledge: Strong background in network engineering with hands-on experience interfacing with networking devices and protocols.

Domain Fluency: Deep understanding of the "business of networking" with the ability to translate network behavior into data pipelines.

Primary Scripting: Active proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and tool development.

Preferred Qualifications

DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and tool deployment.

Data Pipelines & Orchestration: Exposure to data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Airflow (or similar orchestration engines).

Secondary Languages: Familiarity with Golang or Java.

• Scale Experience: Prior experience with carrier-grade fiber, enterprise telecom, or large data center environments.
