Job Description Drive the implementation of Fortinet Firewalls in OT environments Manage network services to meet defined SLAs/OLAs Coordinate with external service providers as required Monitor and maintain the stability of the network infrastructure Perform incident and change management activities Document network infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures Provide 24×7 on-call support as part of a rotation Implement new network services/systems where required Report on network service performance and availability Conduct capacity planning for network resources Apply ITIL-based processes to the network environment Develop and deliver customer-oriented services Organize trainings and workshops on network-related topics Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope Define security concepts for network services in collaboration with the Cyber Security team Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant experience as a firewall administrator and network engineer, ideally in a multinational environment Certifications: CCNA (or equivalent) and/or Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) Proven ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience Strong skills in preparing and executing changes with accuracy and reliability Ability to identify improvement opportunities in network services and processes Self-driven, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision Experienced in collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams Additional Information Friendly, personable, and often surprisingly uncomplicated, that's how many of our employees describe their working relationships at Sika.
