We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, support, and installation, with a focus on ensuring optimal network performance and security. This role involves working with various networking technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust network solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in network administration, support, and installation.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and IP networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud security practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are expected.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide network administration and support for local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance using appropriate tools and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Manage IP networking configurations and ensure proper routing protocols are in place.
  • Implement cloud security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions within the network environment.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans related to networking.
