We’re looking for an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer for casual, freelance-style tasks in your local area. Are you available for contractual, task-based work? Pay is offered hourly, daily, or for half-day jobs. Assignments are location-based and can be accepted according to your schedule (weekdays or weekends).
Tasks involve L1 & L2 IT/Network duties like desktop support, hardware installations/replacements (e.g., hard drives, rack/server parts), and helping remote teams access onsite networking gear (Routers/Switches/Firewalls).
✅ Strong Desktop System Administration, Customer Support, Incident/Change/Release Management, and third-party software support skills on Windows OS.
✅ Certified in ITIL and Windows Server Administration, with a knack for using scripting to boost operations and deliver proactive solutions.
✅ Solid understanding of basic networking: IP setup, DHCP, DNS, wireless LAN issues, Ethernet connections, and subnetting principles.
✅ Hands-on experience across operating systems—Windows, iOS, Android, BlackBerry—with expert troubleshooting across multiple devices.
