We are looking for an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to manage flexible, freelance-style assignments in your area. Are you available for contractual projects? Pay will be based on hourly, half-day, or full-day rates. Tasks are assigned by location, and you can accept them based on your schedule (weekdays or weekends).
The work primarily involves L1 & L2 IT/Network support, such as desktop troubleshooting, hardware replacement (e.g., server/rack parts like HDDs), and providing onsite assistance (console access to Routers/Switches/Firewalls, etc.) for remote tech teams.
Core Skill Requirements:
✅ In-depth experience in desktop admin, customer support, incident/change/release handling, and third-party app support on Windows systems
✅ Certified in ITIL and Windows Server Admin, with an interest in using coding skills to streamline operations
✅ Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN issues, Ethernet settings, and subnetting
✅ Excellent problem-solving ability with hands-on knowledge across multiple OS platforms: iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry
