It’s ideal for tech professionals who value flexibility and variety. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer to work as part of our team in our Nashville location. This position is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in key technology areas such as Microsoft, Networking, Server Systems, Firewalls, Hosting, and application/system upgrades/migrations. Key Responsibilities · Implement, and support IT solutions across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. · Provide daily hands on support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues. · Respond to and resolve end user network incidents and service requests in real time. · Collaborate with our team and our clients to design and implement solutions. · Work closely with team and clients to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation. Requirements Requirements Key Qualifications: · Strong Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience. · Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex IT and network issues. · Network infrastructure: Proficient in cable testing, terminations, fiber basics, managed switches, Wi-FI, firewalls and VPN's. · System Administration: Experience with Windows Server provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and desktop deployment. · Managed switch setup, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting. · VPN Configuration and management. · Strong experience in MS365 User setup, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Security Score review and management. · Experience in on-premises to cloud and cloud-cloud migrations are a definite plus.
