Description About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you’ll monitor and maintain networking equipment for multiple clients, respond to technical support tickets, and assist with project development and rollouts. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, communication, and independence are key to success. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and optimize networking equipment and systems Respond to client tickets related to Windows Server and networking issues Assist with planning and executing IT infrastructure projects Provide Tier 1–Tier 3 technical support Document network diagrams, workflows, and procedures Support Junior Technicians and contribute to team development Ensure compliance with security standards and system updates Requirements Must-Have Skills Routing and Switching Windows Server Administration Active Directory DHCP & DNS Office 365 Management Preferred Skills Fortigate Firewalls Aruba Switches and Access Points Certificate Management What Makes You Successful Proactivity – You take initiative and anticipate issues Problem Solving – You tackle challenges with confidence and creativity Positive Communication – You build trust with clients and collaborate effectively Work Environment This is an on-site position based in our Fort Wayne office, conveniently located off Dupont Road.
