Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer (Tier 4) to join our dynamic team. In this advanced role, you will take charge of planning, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated network systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance across our clients' infrastructures. As a Tier 4 engineer, you will leverage your extensive expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve exceptional network reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement complex network architectures to meet client needs and industry best practices. - Act as a senior technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving critical network issues, working alongside other Tier 3 engineers. - Optimize network performance through monitoring, analysis, and the implementation of strategic improvements. - Provide expert guidance on network security measures and best practices to safeguard client data and infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems, applications, and services. - Document network designs, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. - Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Stay current with emerging technologies, protocols, and industry trends to inform network strategy. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Tier 4-level responsibilities. - In-depth understanding of advanced networking concepts, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and security protocols. - Proven experience in configuring and managing complex network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) from industry-leading vendors. - Strong expertise in network monitoring and performance management tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving high-level network issues. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent, are strongly preferred. - Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages is an advantage. - Experience with cloud-based networking is a plus. -Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity for growth and career development. - Training and support to enhance technical and customer service skills. - Work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
