Description Candidate will be part of the Technical refresh and CME installation team. This will require 50-75% travel. Travel is primarily CONUS but travel supporting OCONUS will be required. The person assigned to this position must be a team Player and will work as part of the Travel team. Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision. Be a detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to work calmly under pressure and within tight deadlines. They must have a professional demeanor and be able to work with customers in a polite and respectful manner always providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the overall install of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express systems. Which includes configuring it to DeCA standards and scheduling the installs with the stores and updating documentation. Working and updating Remedy tickets and occasionally responding to Break fix travel requirements. Required Skills w/ Minimum 2 Years documented Experience: Cisco Router and Switch CLI configuration and installation experience VOIP knowledge- CME and CUE experience desirable. Equipment installation- racking, stacking, and cabling of patch panels, and cabinets. Cabling knowledge to include Cabling standards, color codes, UTP cabling, crossover cabling, backbone, and horizontal cabling (50-100pair) with experience in fiber, cable termination and splicing. Remedy ticketing experience desired . Physical: Must be able to bend, stoop, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and be able to work overhead. Responsibilities
