We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage our projects from inception to completion. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and coordination across various teams. The ideal candidate will oversee project design, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Designing and configuring enterprise network architecture, including subnetting, installation, and integration with other departments.
• Configuring routers, switches, and firewalls per security standards, monitoring for breaches, and ensuring high availability.
• Monitoring performance, analysing traffic, and recommending enhancements.
• Delivering project plans, managing resources, timelines, risks, and quality assurance. Managing telecom systems and providing CRM support for the sales team.
• Developing partnerships in West Africa, creating supply chain strategies, and attending fairs/exhibitions to promote projects and boost B2C/B2B sales.
• Acting as liaison with clients, vendors, and teams, managing procurement, suppliers, contracts, and logistics.
• Implementing change management, tracking milestones, and providing reports.
• Coordinating cross-cultural, multi-country operations for compliance, efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
