JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide pre and post-sales support to sales
• Design, plan, install, test and commission customer network projects
• Execute and manage contractual deliverables to customer

REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in IT or Networking or Communication Engineering related discipline
• At least 1 years working experience in IT support role
• Working experience in Firewall, VPN, Wireless LAN, and AAA server
• Certifications such as MCSE and CCNA will be added advantage
• A team player and able to work under tight schedules and independently
