Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Network Growth Associates to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier experts to join the network. You will work closely with client-facing teams to understand project needs and ensure the expert network continues to grow with relevant, high-quality professionals. You will also be asked to work on ad hoc projects designed to expand the network and improve recruiting processes. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with sector teams to understand recruiting priorities and target profiles. Conduct targeted research across industries to identify relevant experts. Source prospects via LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls. Utilize AI-driven recruiting tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, and other platforms to build high-quality pipelines. Conduct initial outreach and screening to ensure experts meet client and project requirements. Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activity and prospect status. Facilitate introductions between experts and client teams, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both parties. Work on ad hoc network growth projects, including targeted campaigns, database expansion, and process optimization. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes by sharing feedback and workflow enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Hunter. Ability to conduct targeted online research and identify niche industry professionals. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
