We’re looking for a strategic and driven Manager – Network Growth Strategy to join our Healthcare Centres team, reporting to the GM Network Growth. This pivotal role will shape and deliver our ambitious network expansion plans through acquisitions, greenfield, and merger development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and implement the national growth strategy in partnership with the GM Network Growth.
• Evaluate and identify new site opportunities using a structured framework.
• Lead end-to-end business case development and commercial documentation for new sites.
• Manage governance, program reporting, risk identification, and executive-level communications.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams (e.g. Finance, M&A) and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with practice owners to support successful negotiations and acquisitions.
• Stay across market trends and adapt strategies to ensure Bupa remains a leader in primary care.
