Job Description Reporting to the WWNOC Programming Manager, Head Contract Manager, and Operations Manager, you will ensure the AWM programme is accurate, compliant, and aligned with contract and safety requirements. This field-based role involves day and night inspections of the roading network, identifying and prioritising faults, assessing work scope, and accurately recording data in AWM systems. You’ll attend incident and crash sites, support evidence-based decision-making, contribute to reporting and programming, and participate in on-call rosters. You will work closely with Inframax and Fulton Hogan teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and representing both organisations professionally at all times. Qualifications You are an experienced, safety-driven inspector with strong knowledge of road maintenance and asset management. Detail-focused and practical, you can confidently assess asset condition, identify risks, and determine appropriate work requirements. You will bring: Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience Experience inspecting road networks and associated assets Working knowledge of AWM and Work Manager systems (or willingness to be trained) BE, NZCE, Diploma in Engineering, or significant equivalent industry experience TMO competency (training provided if required) Full, clean Class 1 driver licence You’re a strong communicator, comfortable working independently or within a team, and committed to high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship.
