Our Services AI Strategy & Governance AI Enablement Applied AI Data & AI Security About the Role V2 AI is expanding its capability and is seeking a highly skilled Network Lead to guide and support complex networking initiatives across global customer environments. This role requires deep expertise in routing (OSPF/eBGP), datacenter networking, cloud connectivity, and Palo Alto firewalls. You will work closely with V2 engineers and customer teams to design, implement, and mature globally scalable, highly available network architectures across multiple regions and platforms. Responsibilities Lead the design and operation of global, multi-region network architectures, spanning datacenters and cloud environments. Provide deep expertise in OSPF and eBGP routing, traffic engineering, and inter-region connectivity. Own end-to-end Palo Alto firewall architecture including security policy design, segmentation, VPNs, and troubleshooting. Uplift customer network environments, ensuring best-practice standards, resilience, high availability, and strong security posture. Develop and mature cloud networking patterns (AWS/Azure), including Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity. Drive proactive monitoring, incident response improvements, and operational excellence across customer networks. Champion automation, templates, and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches to ensure repeatability and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver network solutions that scale globally and reliably. Requirements Extensive experience as a Network Engineer / Network Lead supporting complex, large-scale environments. Deep knowledge of OSPF and eBGP routing across datacenter, WAN, and cloud-connected networks. Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (PAN-OS, security policies, NAT, VPNs, segmentation). Proven experience with Cisco networking and hybrid, multi-site connectivity. Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS strongly preferred). Experience designing or supporting multi-region or global network architectures. Strong automation skills (Python, Ansible, IaC tools preferred). Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements, and recommend scalable, proven solutions.
