Description

Licensing & Regulatory Management Prepare and submit Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) to BKPM and BHP USO Reports to Kominfo in accordance with applicable regulations. Manage and ensure timely license renewals, five-year regulatory submissions, and Jartaplok PS (Telecommunications Operation License) compliance. Manage business license registration and renewal in OSS System by LIPS. Coordinate data collection across departments (Finance, Technical, Operations, etc.) to support regulatory reporting and monitoring (BHP-TEL, KPPU-USO, SPP Broadcasting). Prepare all required documents (BO, SPD) for official business trips related to regulatory activities (Annual Evaluation, Site Visit, ULO, etc.). Coordinate logistics and documentation during agency visits or audits (documents, transportation, hospitality, etc.). Ensure all business licenses are active and renewed in time. Regulatory Coordination & Leadership Act as the main contact point for regulatory agencies, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on compliance matters. Provide guidance and support to other departments involved in regulatory submissions. Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance tracker/calendar for deadlines and progress monitoring. Review draft submissions or data to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to management approval. Strategic & Reporting Support Analyze regulatory updates and provide advisory input to management regarding potential impacts on company operations. Analyze, align and provide recommendation to business units related regulations Prepare executive summaries and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Propose improvements to the company’s regulatory processes and documentation systems Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory, legal compliance, or licensing (preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector). Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong coordination, collaboration, and time management abilities. Proven experience handling multiple regulatory submissions independently. Familiar with government platforms and processes (BKPM OSS, Kominfo SSO, etc.). High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in documentation. Proactive, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills across teams and agencies. Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation. Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven.
