Description Position Summary The Network Management Administrative Assistant supports the Vice President of Network Management to achieve all departmental goals. Coordinates all network management research and meetings. In addition to managing calendars, this role will be responsible for creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, and other clerical duties. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in coordinating Network Management meetings with multiple internal and external clients. • Assist VP of Network Management in confirming all meetings, create meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes (if needed), which will be shared with all respective key stakeholders. • Quarterly pulls Membership numbers for existing health plan partners and update in the Contracting SharePoint site Planner. • Update all Network Management Standard Operating Procedure and Policies and Procedures on an annual basis. • Assist VP of Network Management in annual or adhoc Provider Manual updates. • Research and compile listing of all MSO/PCP Group Medical Directors and Leadership contacts and update on an annual basis. • Run GeoAccess reports on Quest Analytics to identify adequacy of regulatory requirements for needed business opportunities or when existing HP membership fluctuates. • Conduct network comparison and/or network disruption analysis for contracting. • Assist VP of Network Management and Contracting Manager with any new start up networks and/or business. • Assist VP of Network Management through the implementation process of all network management onboarding needs and work with all inter-departmental leads to ensure the project is completed accurately and timely. • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents for VP of Network Management (as needed). • Assists VP of Network Management in travel or seminar needs with Office Manager. • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of VP of Network Management, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. • Performs additional duties as assigned by VP of Network Management. Requirements Knowledge • Intermediate experience using all Microsoft Applications including O365. • Required Time Management and Organizational skills • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related Health Care. • Health Care experience is preferred. Skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Deductive Reasoning • Works well individually and/or with team setting • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) • Bi-lingual a plus.
