JOB SUMMARY:

The Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of an organization’s network infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of network systems while leading a team of network engineers and administrators. The Network Manager will also develop strategies for network improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration or engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
