POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Network Manager, you will oversee the delivery of all network services, including scheduling, monitoring, compliance, and performance reporting. You will lead and mentor your team, ensuring operational stability and alignment with business objectives in a 24/7 environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects, vendor relationships, and incident resolution effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in network management or infrastructure services.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of problem management, incident resolution, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects within budget and timelines.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and third-party service agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and executive updates.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and network recovery.
Responsibilities
