Responsibilities

As a Network Manager, you will support the Strategic Manager and Strategic Director, taking on a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Management: Oversee all aspects network management and operations within the Highways PFI contract and ensuring Service Provider performance meets contractual standards and legislation.
  • Communication and Leadership: Manage communications, press releases and maintenance of the PFI website. Handle correspondence with the public, members and Town and Parish Councils.
  • Decision-Making: Approve the Operations and Maintenance programme and planned investment, and various technical aspects like survey methodologies and condition indices.
