We are looking for a Network Manager Rheumatology (m/f/d) East for serving as a catalyst for collaboration between UCB and National and Regional Stakeholders in the eastern part of Germany.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you ensure operating to the highest productivity standard, while maintaining scientific, ethical, compliance and quality standards when interacting with external stakeholders and following UCB Code of Conduct and industry guidelines.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

  • Identification, development and maintenance of cooperation with relevant Rheumatology customer networks (e.g. professional associations on national and regional level, DGRh, BDRh, Quality networks, EOL (economic opinion leaders), rheuma centers in cooperation with Market Access, Hospital Key AccountMedical, Marketing, Sales and Patient Solution
  • Position UCB Rheumatology portfolio at national and regional payers/HCP tables, Regional KV/HCP meetings, Pharmacies and engage these stakeholders in projects serving UCB patient value strategy in cooperation with Market Access, External Engagement, Marketing, Medical and Sales
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with relevant Rheumatology customer networks to understand the appropriate partnerships to develop a successful strategic plan
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and evaluate results
  • Project-related leadership
  • Budget responsibility for Networking projects within Rheuma Franchise
  • Develops and maintains a keen understanding of the Rheumatology business including customers and brand marketing

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:

  • Certificate as pharmaceutical sales rep and/or a university degree in business administration, pharmacy or natural sciences (§ 75 AMG)
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Market Access, External Engagement or Sales in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and key account management
  • Ability to translate scientific and clinical data into selling rationale
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to travel ~ 70% and a permanent residence in this area
