No deep technical background needed — just the right attitude, sharp attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest. What is IoT? What you'll be doing Setting up and activating new IoT connections for our UK channel partners across multiple network platforms Managing changes and requests through internal and external portals Accurately inputting data into network and billing systems Communicating with partners and customers by phone and email, providing great service day to day Working with our billing team to make sure products and tariffs are set up correctly Building up your knowledge of Zest4's IoT product range so you become a genuine go-to for our partners Pitching in on wider business projects as your confidence grows What we're looking for You don't need a tech degree for this role.
