We grow together! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Main Responsibilities: Monitor & Troubleshoot Process and consult monitoring system alarms with adherence to process/KPIs/SLAs Support resolution of user or system generated incident tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve various issues Investigate alerts (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow), classify impact, and execute Tier-1/2 remediation playbooks within SLA. Incident & Problem Management Own and support P1/P2 bridges, coordinate with global teams, and drive issues to RCA using ITIL best practices. Log detailed tickets, craft post-mortems, and recommend permanent fixes or automation. Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement Change & Configuration Review and implement scheduled changes (IOS XE, ArubaOS, AOS-CX). Implement user requests for configuration changes in relation to ACLs/FWs/PBRs Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests, presenting activities in various Change Advisory Boards, when required Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing Maintain comprehensive records of issues, resolutions, processes, and best practices. Mentor peers across time-zones, and champion best-practice security Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Strong basic network knowledge (CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge level) Experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN technologies in Cisco and Aruba vendor space Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users (at least English B2) Need to be a good team player and able to collaborate at all levels Ability to identify problems, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision Experience of Working to ITIL/Agile Standards/Framework.
