LOCATION: ANNAPOLIS, MD (FULLY ONSITE)

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor network management systems and engage telecom providers
• Troubleshoot and escalate network/system/application issues
• Support Collins Aerospace CAS customers and business units
• Participate in network design and configuration
• Maintain accurate incident tracking and documentation
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule

Top Skills We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a 24/7 Network/Security Operations Center
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills
• Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, ITIL/ITSM (ServiceNow preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
