An exciting new role has just become available in the Operational Technology (OT) team, within the broader Digital and Transformation Group. Reporting to the Group Manager of Operational Technology, the Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager is responsible for leading the delivery and support of real-time operational systems within South East Water.
This critical role will be accountable for leading the 24/7 operations of South East Water’s network control centre, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services across SEW’s catchment area of approximately 1.8 million customers. This role oversees the monitoring, control, and optimisation of network performance through SCADA, telemetry, IoT, and digital systems, while leading a high-performing team of operators and technical specialists.
