JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for performance and availability of Compute and Network infrastructure consumed by all business segments. This role is focused on delivering monitoring and automation capabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent military / work experience

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Quickly respond and resolve critical service outages.
  • Assist in establishment of performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria.
  • Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues across WAN and LAN environments.
  • Execute WAN/LAN patching tasks, including cable management and configuration updates.
  • Implement device hardening techniques to enhance network security and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco SDWAN, Cisco LAN, and Cisco WiFi technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
