REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong foundational knowledge in Routing & Switching, with hands-on experience in BGP, QoS, and Multicast protocols.
• Proven experience in cloud networking, particularly within AWS and Azure environments.
• Expertise in Network Management Patterns & Techniques.
• Proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management, including:
• Enterprise Network Operations
• Network Performance Management (NPM)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Operations Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements across Fulfilment and Assurance functions. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME), contributing to key technical decisions and collaborating across teams to solve complex network challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize network performance.
• Configure and manage routing and switching infrastructure, with a strong focus on BGP, QoS, and Multicast.
• Manage and enhance cloud network environments, particularly within AWS and Azure ecosystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network management and operations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of network management policies and procedures.
