Network Operations Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our global network infrastructure and team. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical involvement, ideal for someone who enjoys guiding teams and working directly with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy & Operations: Define and execute network strategies while staying involved in engineering and troubleshooting.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor network engineers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Network Design & Deployment: Build and maintain enterprise networks using Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, and related tools.
  • Cloud & Security: Implement secure, hybrid cloud networks with Zero Trust principles.
  • Performance & Reliability: Monitor network health, manage incidents, and ensure uptime.
  • Access Control: Oversee Cisco ISE and MFA for secure identity-based access.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce firewall, VPN, and segmentation policies to protect infrastructure.
  • Automation: Drive efficiency through scripting.
  • Documentation & Continuity: Maintain network documentation and support disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaboration: Partner with IT, Security, DevOps, and business teams to align network goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years in enterprise networking, including 4+ years in leadership.
  • Strong technical and leadership skills.
  • Preferred Certifications: CCIE, CCNP (Enterprise/Security), Meraki Specialist, Wireless Implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, and ISE.
  • Strong background in network security and hybrid cloud.
  • Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Travel

  • Occasional site visits as needed to support initiatives, launches and key activities.
