Description

Bachelor-level degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent. 3-5 years deploying system tests and leading testing teams. RAN, Core, Cloud, BSS, OSS, or similar telecom domains. Knowledge sharing and collaboration, problem solving and creative thinking, effective communication, analytical approach to problems, delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Total experience of at least 4 years in the telecom industry, with experience in operations and configuration management within a customer service delivery organization or telecom operators; strong understanding of multi-vendor network implementation and integration; ability to interpret quality indicators and drive corrective actions; KPI knowledge including formulae, degradation, and troubleshooting.
