We're seeking a future team member for the role of Network Operations Support to join our Production Services Technology Services team. This role is in Lake Mary FL / Pittsburgh PA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Play an essential role in providing support for the remediation of alerts and incidents across the bank. Identifying and remediating network-related issues experienced by our stakeholders. Responsibilities include alert response, incident management, change management, and recovery of service across multiple product lines Responsible for overseeing and responding to incidents and alerts across the network infrastructure, which include routing/switching, load-balancing, firewall, proxy, and other technologies across the global estate Performing advanced troubleshooting across various network technologies, including physical checks and remediations at local office Engage with vendors/carriers in relation to outages, hardware replacement coordination, software troubleshooting, and change coordination To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 6-10 years of experience.
