JOB DESCRIPTION

• Role : Support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD.
• Responsibilities : Handle service inquiries, troubleshoot complex problems, perform technical software configuration, and provide customer support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : BS with 4-8 years of experience, or Master’s with 2-6 years of experience.
• Certifications : DoD 8570.11- IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security).
• Skills : Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols; experience with virtualization, security, and disaster recovery protocols. Proficient with the Windows infrastructure environment, to include Domain Controller, SCCM, and SQL, with an understanding on how to patch, deploy, upgrade and maintain all Windows systems.

• System Maintenance : Maintain and configure computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware and software errors.
• Infrastructure Management : Maintain IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, and applications.
• Server Administration : Perform tasks like user/group management, security permissions, and monitoring resources.
• Network Support : Install and configure LANs, WANs, and network segments.
