NETWORK PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT LEAD

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Network Performance & Engagement Lead to support site activations and engagement with our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our EV charging networking by being part of a cross functional team focussing on tariff management, customer comms, activation campaigns and site launches.
This role requires somebody comfortable with switching agendas regularly and working in a fast paced operation to deliver results when it comes to network charging usage uptake.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Network Performance & Engagement Lead, some of the tasks you will do are listed below:

• Working closely with our Data, Customer, Marketing and Operations teams to get actions delivered that you identify will be suitable based on your own analysis
• Improving processes when reviewing the end to end site activation processes
• Keeping an eye on our EV charging network dashboard when it comes to utilization trends and working with management team on recommendations for growth
• Ensuring that new sites in the pipeline are being planned effectively
• Reviewing poor performing sites to drive better performance
• Work with our clients and drivers through email, app comms and phone calls where needed to gauge opportunities we want to trial
