Who are we looking for? Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support key business projects? We are looking for a proactiveto join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across project preparation, implementation, and network planning. What will you do? Provide administrative support for project preparation and implementation, including handling tasks in the local ERP system (purchase requests, purchase orders, completion certificates, document management). Prepare and deliver reports for local and group departments according to required schedules. Assist in financial planning and analysis by compiling plans and forwarding reports within set deadlines. Monitor contracts and relevant ERP data in SRM at both Group and Local levels, alerting the team to changes or required actions. Manage documentation and archiving for Retail Projects and Network Planning teams, ensuring accurate updates in Teams/SharePoint. Prepare project-related documents for discussion and approval, and draft meeting minutes. Support CAPEX utilization and budget tracking with accurate data. Provide general office administration for both Retail Project and Network Planning teams. Act as a key support for the Network Planning and Asset Management Team Lead, handling ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving. Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct superior. What do we expect? University degree or high school diploma. Ideally 1–2 years in a corporate environment Basic knowledge of economics and administrative processes. Strong time management and organizational skills. Agility and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and reliability. Teamlpayer mindset. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage. Driving license (advantage). What do we offer?
