Project Planning & Execution

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Load Balancers , firewalls) for effective discussions with technical leads (not handson).
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL are advantageou

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Track and manage internal teams’ deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders.

• Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executivelevel presentations.Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies proactively to ensure project success.

Project Governance & Quality Assurance

• Apply best practices in project governance and reporting, maintaining transparency at all levels.

• Enforce quality checkpoints for deliverables from Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.

Tools & Methodologies

• Proficient in modern project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (for analysis, RAID tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (for stakeholder and executive presentations).Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Use RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, burndown charts, and dashboards to track progress and responsibilities.
