POSITION OVERVIEW:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Our project engineers typically specialize in either Network Architecture and Administration or Systems Architecture and Administration. They work closely with our project manager to deliver new IT systems and networks to our growing client base of entrepreneurial led businesses (typically up to 300 users)
Network engineers focus on configuring, deploying, and supporting IT networks using our standard technology stack of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. They are experienced and savvy in implementing and supporting Cisco products, including Cisco Catalyst switching and wireless, Cisco Firepower, and Meraki-based networks. They also have a natural familiarity with similar products from other vendors, such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, HP Aruba, and others. The network engineer is additionally responsible for the architecture and implementation of software-based networks such as Azure cloud-based networks and VMware virtual networking.
The network engineer will work closely with our systems engineers who focus on architecting, configuring, and deploying IT solutions relying on products from VMware, Windows Server, Lenovo Servers, NetApp Storage (SAN), Office 365, and Azure/AWS.
