JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in network and security engineering
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet), intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM tools
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, and switching
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain secure network systems (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents
  • Implement and manage security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for improving network security posture
