• TasksTechnical planning, implementation and continuous optimization of local and global network infrastructure.
• Establishment and further development of global and local network infrastructures in close cooperation with various locations.
• Procurement, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of network components.
• Strategic further development of our network and security infrastructure.
• Administration and further development of switches and firewalls as well as provision and support of network services.
• Selecting and introducing new technologies to improve network performance and security.
• Use of modern security and network technologies such as NAC, ZTNA, IPS, SD-WAN and VXLAN.
• Infrastructure monitoring as well as analysis and optimization using monitoring, reporting and logging tools such as Zabbix.
• Maintenance and further development of SAN and server infrastructures, including with VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox.
