Position: Network Security EngineerLocation: Canada – Remote

• Job Description/ ResponsibilitiesProven experience managing or handling an onsite customer, ideally in a remote/offshore delivery model
• Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following: ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSPM, WAF, SWG, CFW, SFTP, MFP
• Experience operating within a defined support-hours model (e.g., 20x6) with on-call responsibilities for major incidents
• Strong understanding of policy enforcement, monitoring, and anomaly detection within enterprise security tooling
• Ability to interpret and comply with SOW/contractual service requirements (e.g., cross-functional service attachments, tool requirement schedules)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support model: 20x6, with on-call availability for Major Incidents during off-hours

• Skills:Experience with Netskope, SentinelOne, Akamai
• Knowledge on kiteworks
• Well versed with Netskope modules
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) — In-Line, Endpoint, and At-Rest SaaS
• SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)
• Web Application Firewall (WAF)
• Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
• Cloud Firewall (CFW)
