Description S&S Tire, a leading independent tire distributor, is seeking a Network and Security Specialist to support and secure our multi-site network across warehouse and office locations. This role ensures reliable connectivity, protects systems, and supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities · Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless) across locations · Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues impacting operations · Implement and manage security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS) · Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents · Support secure remote access and user access controls · Assist with system integrations, backups, and disaster recovery Requirements Qualifications · 2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experience · Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs · Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools · Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments · Experience in multi-site or distribution environments preferred Preferred · Certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA) · Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) · Knowledge of ERP or warehouse systems
