VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a skilled Network & Security Specialist to lead the implementation and operation of corporate IP infrastructure within the Office IT Network domain. This role demands hands-on expertise in network and security technologies, with a focus on continual service improvement, automation, and operational excellence. The individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), interfacing with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration, testing, and transition of services. What you will do Manage day-to-day operations and build implementations for Office IT network and security. Assess network infrastructure and processes to identify improvements and drive efficiency. Support service continuity through backup, restore procedures, and disaster recovery planning. Create and maintain SOPs for repeatable tasks and automation; contribute to knowledge management. Implement network configurations as per design specifications. Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Execute changes with risk identification and mitigation planning. Participate in shift handovers and bridge calls during critical incidents (P1/P2). Ensure compliance with CSB and internal guidelines. Who you are 6 to 9 years of experience in the network and security domain. Certified in Cisco technologies (CCNP, CCSP, or CCIE); Fortinet NSE4/NSE5 preferred. Proficient in routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS), switching (Cisco/Nexus), firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortigate), proxies (Forcepoint), Cisco ISE, F5 load balancers, Cisco Wireless, SD-WAN, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds. Familiar with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Not a Perfect Fit?
