You’ll be working with the After Sales team. This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). Build to simplify. Roles & Responsibilities: Network Support / SOPs: Managing field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues in your designated territory. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers. Strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management. EV Power Liaison: Coordinate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) and their representative in case of issues with EV Power supply for charging stations Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams. Single Point of Contact: Serve as the central point of contact in your territory for your local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support. About the Candidate: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
