QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of Technology operational systems administration experience covering network operating systems at enterprise level
  • Proven track record in providing support to a diverse and busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills with strong client focus
  • Strong time management & organisational skills - able to prioritise & multitask
  • Proven change management, incident and problem management skills
  • Proven issue resolution and problem solving skills
  • Experience with common network technologies; MPLS, BGP, IPSec, NAT, OSPF, HSRP, VRFs, STP, WLAN
  • Experience maintaining next-generation enterprise firewalls and centralized policy management
  • Experience with Cisco routing/switching platforms including Catalyst 9k and Nexus switches, ISR and ASR routers

Responsibilities
