Job Description The Network Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for the technical configuration and support of the network hosting the IFS product suite mainly in the Cloud. Leveraging expertise in current IT architecture and concepts, including servers, operating systems, and networking, they assist various teams within the IFS organization in selecting and configuring the technical network infrastructure essential for optimal support of the IFS product suite. The Network Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate network requirements into cloud architecture designs and deployments. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure Cloud Network Infrastructure to support cloud-based applications and services. Participate in customer calls to analyze and resolve connectivity issues reported by customers. Ensuring compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices for Azure networking. Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills: 3-4 years of Networking fundamentals including: Azure VNets, Azure Firewalls, Azure Load Balancers, Application Gateways, VPNs, ExpressRoutes, Network Security Groups, Application Security Groups, DNS, User Defined Routes, VNet Peerings, etc. Experience at integrating networks with different Cloud Providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud /Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Excellent customer-facing communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing Azure networking solutions to meet business requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues in Azure environments. Experience with Network Security, Kubernetes. Relevant certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) would be a plus.
