In one sentence Responsible for designing, managing, implementing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within or between organizations to ensure secured network, maximum performance and availability for their users. What will your job look like? You will design, install, configure, implement and maintain different types of data networks, voice and video infrastructure in an enterprise environment You will troubleshoot data networks, voice and video infrastructure complex problems and outages across a broad range of technologies You will help us maximize networks, voice and video infrastructure performance and tuning performance parameters by analyzing monitoring and trend analysis reports You will secure networks, voice and video infrastructure systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access You will schedule and perform upgrades to keep networks, voice and video infrastructure technology up to date. You will collaborate with different IT stake holders within the organization and with external customers in order to ensure that networks, voice and video infrastructure support the organizational & customer needs. You will debug hardware & software system level problems in a multi-vendor multi-protocol data networks, voice and video infrastructure environment. You will use your skills to simulate data networks, voice and video infrastructure incidents in LAB to identify root cause. You will manage data networks, voice and video infrastructure escalations from internal teams. You will administrate and Maintain data networks, voice and video infrastructure based environment or any network related issues as per the requirement. You will administrate and manage Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewall management. You will provide remote infrastructure support and VPN configuration. You will be able to achieve the highest level of remote service delivery and support by assisting engineers and different stake holders in the resolution of data networks, voice and video infrastructure problems. You will find quick solutions to malfunctions, while making sure that the designated computers and network equipment stays functional. You will help us develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers. All you need is... 5-7 years of experience in various data networks, voice and video infrastructure tools, technologies (depending on job requirements within the role) Extensive Knowledge in more than 2 areas of domain i.e. Layer 2 & 3 internetworking technologies, Polycom MGC/RMX consoles, VSX/HDX VC systems, display units, Matrix switchers, Crestron controls Expertise in designing & complex configuration of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Netflow, access-control lists, firewalls, DNS, VPN, IPSEC, AAA, TACACS Expertise with Wireless controllers, ACS, Load Balancers, all switches, routers and firewalls solution design and configuration Solution design experience in Nortel AVAYA systems: extensive knowledge of Legacy and IP enabled PBX systems (CS1000M, Call Pilot, Symposium) Experience with management, reporting and automation tools Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, CCNA,CCNP one or more certification is must Why you will love this job: You are great at managing networks.
