This role is based onsite at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, giving you the chance to collaborate directly with our IT team.

• Network Design & Documentation: Create and update detailed network diagrams, configuration files, and procedural documents while ensuring all records reflect changes and upgrades promptly.
• Implementation & Maintenance: Assist in deploying and maintaining critical network components like routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, and support the setup and configuration of new hardware.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot connectivity problems efficiently.
• Upgrades & Innovation: Contribute to network upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Support & Availability: Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 network availability for our members and team.
