We have an opportunity for a Network Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.

JOB SUMMARY

Network Specialist in providing technical support to Rio Bank end users and systems administrators on network-based software and hardware systems and all Core banking applications and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are represented of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform in a satisfactory manner. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma required. Associates degree in computer related field of study or combination in certificates preferred.
  • Two years’ information systems or related experience preferred. Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
  • Network + certificate preferred.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced fiduciary skills and knowledge to consult, advise, and exercise sound judgment.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Good verbal, organizational and written communication skills required.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

  • Strong problem solving skills as well as the ability to work without direct supervision required.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible/rotating work schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree in computer related field of study preferred.
